A team of kids from a tough inner city neighborhood enter a karate tournament against a renewed team from mid-city. Phillip Rhee as Mr. Lee the Lighting Bolt trains the mid-city Underdogs after he returns from his accident. He is the former MMA champion who looks for a fight in the film for money. Charlie owns a martial arts academy where Phillip Rhee comes to train the Underdog Kids. They compete against the Beverly Hills Scorpions who had been the champion for three consecutive years.
Inner city kids from a poor neighborhood go up against the undefeated Beverly Hills Junior National Karate Team.
